Creator Jam is an early-access product built and operated by one person. By applying for early access or using Creator Jam, you agree to these terms.

What Creator Jam is

Creator Jam is a tool for managing influencer and creator partnerships — tracking deals, budgets, content, and ROI. It's currently in early access. That means the product is evolving, features may change, and things may occasionally break.

Early access

Early access is offered on a limited, invite-only basis. Acceptance isn't guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline applications, revoke access, or discontinue the product at any time, with or without notice.

Your data

Any data you enter into Creator Jam — creator contacts, deals, budgets, notes — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't sell it. We may use anonymised, aggregate data to understand how the product is being used and to improve it.

No warranties

Creator Jam is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups of important data during the early access period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Jam and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. If anything material changes, we'll let early access users know by email.
